Practiced for thousands of years in India and now across the world,Yoga has been proven to aid balance and flexibility, reduce stress, improve sleep and enhance your general well-being. Many modern treatments are based on yoga, meditation and breathing exercises.

What we do
The teaching of yoga has been practiced in India for thousands of years. Today it is practiced worldwide as we experience the power of yoga. Doing yoga regularly can have wonderful health benefits, both physically and mentally. At Dansana Yoga Studio we are here to support and promote your general well-being.

Weekly Yoga classes
Yoga classes are open to all abilities, beginners welcome. Connect mind, body and breath through movement, breathing techniques, meditation and relaxation.

Private one-to-one sessions and small groups
We will create a practice tailored to your specific needs. Helping bring yoga into your daily life and achieve your goals

QiGong
We run Qigong classes for beginners and experiencd practitioners. As a form of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this practice can help balance, co-ordination and maintain a healthy body and mind.
